My complaint:
Called yesterday and ordered 4 loaves of bread for 11 AM today. Paid for these in advance. Went to store@ 11AM but they only had 2 loaves. Manager had set my order aside but somebody sold it to another person.
Suggested solution:
Refused to offer any solution except to refund my money which I had paid in advance. They should have tried other nearby stores, offered free loaf of bread tomorrow, offered discount on my having to make a second trip to get my order, some reasonable explanation as to why my order was not completed.
