My complaint:
Placed order for steak and cheese sandwich which came with 2 little scraps of meat thrown on it.Also ordered a chicken sandwich which was not toasted and had a spoon of schreded chicken in the middle of bread.Allthe bread was hard and cold.The soup was fine.The pizza edges where so hard it crumbled.I heard good things from fellow employees at work cos I thought I would give it a try.First time experience was not good.
Suggested solution:
Return purchase price and instruct to employees the importance of patient satisfaction and delivering product as it is advertised.
