My complaint:

Ordered almost $60 of food on line. Got home to find order was short. Had to get back in my truck, yo back to store to get food they forgot. When I told them about my problem, there answer was we are very busy. Waited for rest of my order while my food at home was getting cold. When I asked who I can complain to he said I had to go to website. When I told I was going to, I can hear him complaining to everyone what I planned on doing. After waiting for my food, a woman who looked like a manager also told my it was a mistake and we are very busy. So I guess I shouldn’t order food when they’re busy. I feel she was very unprofessional.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I feel the manager should have at least ask me if there was anything they could do to resolve issues. Wasted my time, and gas and had to eat cold food.
