My complaint:
Paid $30 for two meals. When asking for the drinks we paid for, only received water cups. Upon leaving, a whole pizza was dropped on the floor. I politely asked for a new one and was told that since it wasn’t their mistake we could get a new one to go.
Suggested solution:
Offer a new meal or refund
