My complaint:
My delivery order was incomplete. We received no bread and butter, no chips, no pickles and no silverware and napkins. We pay enough for the food and delivery, we should receive everything we paid for!
Suggested solution:
We should at least get a gift card on a future order. I do like Panera, and this unfortunately is the second order in a row that had issues.
