My complaint:
On 4222, I ordered a bowl of French Onion Soup $6.89 and a Panera Duet $5.99. I have ordered the French Onion Soup multiple times, as its my favorite soup. I received two small bags of croutons with my order, no baguette. The soup ALSO came with a baguette.
So, I paid $6.89 for a bowl of soup and 6 croutons. OVERPRICED.
If this is a policy change, no baguette with soup, you need to notify your customers.
Also, my receipt says my casher was Xavier, but a lady handled my order, NOT Xavier.
Suggested solution:
Let me know if this is a new policy, no baguette with soup.
Provide discount for not getting a complete order.
Train employees appropriately.
