My complaint:
Ordered pickup online only to open the bag when I got home and find a natural disaster inside the bag. The bread looked like someone took a bite out of it.The salad dressing leaked inside the bag and the hot sandwich was cold!
Suggested solution:
A coupon for a free meal. If not, perhaps instruct employees to be more careful in the future!
