My complaint:
The past three times I have been to Panera bread at this location, my orders have been incorrect. They forgot my salad dressing, they forgot my cookie, they didn’t pay attention to the sides that were ordered and gave me whatever they felt like, they put bacon on my egg and cheese sandwich and it was on the incorrect bread.
Suggested solution:
Double check orders before they are given to the customer!
