My complaint:
I had a coupon buy a bowl and get one free with your Entree my coupon was dated 05/27/23 and the man next to me had the same? they took his and not mine and said it was expired why was it expired and he had the same coupon. l ended up leaving and eating else where and had my heart set on Panda Express? l got home and was upset because l wanted the bowls for the next few days?l lm 70 years old and Didnt want to cook tonight your food l love.but the customer service was bad and the manager Didnt seem to care?the man got his food and l walked out very Disapointed now l have to settle for a bowl of cereal ? not happy in texas . they kept my coupon
Suggested solution:
they should of honored my coupon because it was not expired the man next to me his was honored ? he wanted to pay for my meal l said it Wasnt necessary thank you l wont be back ?
