My complaint:
I am a Panda Rewards member. I tried to redeem my 25 percent off sign up reward. The cashier did not appear to have knowledge about the sign-ups promotion, so l was charged regular price.
I signed in to my rewards account and clicked on the link for the 25% off and the QR scan only gave me points for the purchase but not the 25%, the cashier said that I needed to use the 25% on the next purchase but that was incorrect the 25% off should have been applied to the order I was purchasing currently.
Suggested solution:
Refund 25 percent of the purchase.
