My complaint:

Dears
I bought an item and wanted to return the next day.
The cashier along with the store manager refused the return claiming that it has an odor.
The claim was false and their target was not to return any item at any cost.
Extremely bad experience with the store and it’s lady manager.
The store was located in nakheel mall Riyadh

Suggested solution:

They gave me back my money however after almost an hour of waiting and mind games.
I have visited several branches in saudi but this was my first bad experience with the store manager.
