My complaint:
On November 24, 2023, I paid for 2 purchases that I ordered online at different times. Later, I learned from my bank accounts that the company canceled the order. If I knew that they would not send the products, I would shop from other reliable brands. I was victimized by Oysho and the company did not solve the problem. I will investigate my legal rights.
Suggested solution:
they must send the products I purchased to my address
