My complaint:
Paid fee for two nights before arriving on March 26th,got there for funeral and checked in approx. 4 p.m. with our dog being they are pet friendly. Got room key 202 and unpacked. Went right away to family house and returned approx. 8 p.m. There was no soap in room, tv didn’t work, huge hole in bathroom wall , ice machine not working and parking lot loaded with meth heads.Wife went to office to complain about t.v. and desk said we owed $50 in cash for dog. I smelled scam. He came and banged on door hour later demanding $50. I said no because of all the issues they had . He said we had to leave or he was going to call police,so i said give me my money back and he said no.So we never slept there the first night nor the second but kept our money. Thats just bad business and it was literally a hole in the wall.
Suggested solution:
I want my $133 back.
