My complaint:
So I got the room thru Expedia and I want to talk to the owner at the desk he telling me I cant pay full price to stay in the room another day I mean ain’t that illegal I haven’t did anything wrong had no negitive behavior just denied like he couldn’t asked the question why I feel insulted and like he racist
Suggested solution:
Treat me like a person and be more reasonable that will solve the problem
