My complaint:

I have contacted the hotel several times via phone, email, and messenger, no one is helping me to understand why I haven’t gotten my money back yet. I was told I’d get it back after check out, then I was told 3 to 5 business days, then I was told to call the manager, and the the supervisor and either of them answered the phone. I left a voice mail that was never responded to.

They sent me a receipt of my stay which shows that they never returned my deposit and it shows extra charges that were not disclosed before or after I booked my room. I was also charged $132 smoking fee for my non smoking room and I don’t even smoke so I’m very much upset about the fact that the representatives of the OYO Hotel and Casino establishment is giving me the run around and trying to deceive me right before my very eyes. This Hotel was a mess, my room had so many damages and I had to wait atleast 3 hours before it supposedly ready.

It was nothing like what was being advertised. Also my sister and I checked out the day and around the same time. So she is a witness to this. They told her the same thing they told me and she received her deposit back the very next day, it makes absolutely no sense why I’m having this issue right now.
