Oyo Rooms complaint: OYO provides Fraud hotels

My complaint:

I booked a hotel named OYO OM Shakti Hotel/VMB Residency with booking Id HWVF9775 but the hotel denied check in. The said only the original handcopy of the Id is acceptable. Any soft copy or digilocker they denied. Luckly we had hard copy for 3 people but one had a softcopy. They charged 700 extra for the 3rd person. Also, we booked AC rooms but they gave non AC rooms and said get 4 hard copy of the Id then we will get AC rooms because they knew that one person out of 4 didn’t had that.
OYO customer service also didn’t help.
The policy dictates that a original copy of ID proof is needed. That can be either hard or soft. But they are looting and harassing people for hard copies.
A total fraud system.
