Ouyi Group Limited complaint: Wrong product intentionally sent

My complaint:

In mid December I bought a snow shovelblower for $25. I recieved a plastic ice scraper worth $2 in the middle of February.

Suggested solution:

I would like my $25.98 refunded to my paypal account, the same way it was purchased.
