My complaint:
Paid almost $30. Never received. No response to emails I have sent.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money. Only acceptable resolution I am willing to work with. Paid through paypal so will file complaint with them as well

SCAM…..OUYI GROUP……SCAM…..BUYER BEWARE..China Scammers……
Paid for product in good faith..they delivered some cheap phone cord instead…asked for full refund…Ouyi offered 20% refund! Said NO and asked PayPal to refund which they did in full. Not sure why PayPal is even dealing with these scammers….
