My complaint:
Ordered and paid for an AUTO ceramic hair roller. This company sent me plastic hair curlers.
Suggested solution:
PayPal said I needed to file an Internet fraud complaint before they would do anything.
Never got resolved. I emailed the “ceo” of this business. They said they’d refund me the price of the item, minus shipping, within 5 days. Never happened!!!!!
