My complaint:

On Dec 14,2020 I ordered a rifle decanter set and paid express shipping. As of today Feb16, 2021 I have not received my item.. ID 53587-PIC93057.
I have sent dozens of emails only resulting in a false tracking number and that my patience is required. There is no tracking number to follow or customer service to resolve this. I requested a full refund via email to which I got no reply.
