My complaint:
We ordered an item around $40 and they sent us a plastic cone probably worth 40 cents, which was not at all what we had ordered. We tried to reach out to the sellers but they never responded and the item we had ordered was also taken down from the site.
Suggested solution:
Thankfully we paid through PayPal so we disputed straight from there and got the full amount refunded. Don't waste your time or money ordering from the company.
