My complaint:
On Jan 16, 2021 I ordered a Handheld Laser Engraver.
$27.98 was paid through Pay Pal.
I have never received the product. And in looking at the paperwork I printed out, there is no website or phone to call.
Suggested solution:
I would like a complete refund to my
Pay Pal account.
