My complaint:

Ordered the counter ice maker on 02032021. Told that it shipped on 02182021. Tracking no. is false. Sent email to address on Paypal site. No answer. Invoice no.68311-KNZ31072.

Bought the ice maker also on 2-3-21 never received the ice maker but did receive the scoop.

Oh yes, I ordered the ice maker for $19.99, shipping $7.99, total $27.98. Used PayPal. Did not receive it and kept emailing them. They gave me tracking number, etc. No help. I finally rec’d something from them, not the ice maker, but a scooper. I emailed them again and told them they were falsely advertising the ice maker, and wanted my money refunded through PayPal. They emailed back apologizing and sent a copy of the ad. The ice maker retailing at $899.99 and this ad had the scooper with the ice machine and they said that is what I ordered… Read more »
