My complaint:
Two orders placed. Jan 9 and Feb 11. Charged to my debit card $26.98 each. Neither item received, web site where orders placed is not functional. Tracking numbers not even available due to web site not opening.
website was www.apricotmall.com
order also shows a site of www.101gem.com
Suggested solution:
I would prefer a refund at this time. Don't really expect to see that happen
