My complaint:
Hi i went to an interview on outback the one on 895 W Osceola Pkwy 300, Kissimmee, FL 34741 i am autistic white guy i have 3 experience cooking there was another Hispanic gentlemen there for an interview we talking everything was fine we wished each other luck the first person came out to talk to us
I didn’t catch her name she just asks me the regular stuff like my experience things like that then she asked me to go sit down to talk to the other guy he comes back and we both were told to wait for the manager she comes out completely ignores im there and asks for the other guy they talk for like 15 minutes remember she didnt even say anything to me like i wasnt even there no ill be with you in a bit
Nothing after she gets done interviewing him she walks to the back of the store i still have no idea what is going on so i confront them about it and she told me she will give me a call she didnt even acknowledge i was there she didnt talk to me or say hi very unprofessional seems like a nasty lady to be honnest then i stand outside to call someone they send the cook out to tell me to leave they literally wasted my time its discrimination and i will never work there or even try as long as i live i hope that store goes belly up.
