Outback Steakhouse complaint: Food was nasty and hard

My complaint:

I had sent a email thru the website about a complaint after calling the restaurant 2 times the night I ordered my food and was told there was no manager available both times. The food I ordered was the shrimp on the Barbie meal with a salad and Mac and cheese and a half rack of ribs with 2 baked potatoes. The shrimp was chewy like it had been over cooked. The ribs was crispy like they either cooked them too long or they was just sitting out too long. Also the bread was burnt and hard and I am very frustrated that I have not heard anything nor was able to talk to a manager that night when I called 2 different times. I spent over 40 dollars to not be able to eat my food or my husband able to eat his. This is not the 1st time I have had an issue with this location. I know there had to be a manager on duty I don’t believe that a manager was not available. So to spend over 40 dollars and not be able to eat our food is very uncalled and not acceptable at all. Of course I don’t have pictures because the food has been thrown away and I do still have the reciept I believe. I have waited 2 days now and still nothing from nobody

Suggested solution:

Give me a credit for the amount I spent
