My complaint:

I lost my seat and trying to do a return for something that cost me $200 which isn’t cheap I was made to feel like I was a thief because I didn’t have a receipt anymore and refuse to return like I was some poor ignorant jerk who didn’t deserve to get any of my money back. I work hard for my money and O’Reilly’s is not a place I will ever give any money to again and they should be ashamed of themselves

Suggested solution:

First and foremost I would like a letter of apology from Christina at the Valencia O'Reilly's for being so rude and arrogant, ignorant, and for lying straight to my face because she didn't know what else to say it was an educated enough to do her job. And then I would like a full cash refund for the purchase price. And since I have been here for over 2 hours having to write this complaint form call customer service deal with this rude employee I'm having my time wasted. Not to mention having to stand up at the counter with a pack store in front of a whole bunch of people and have a degrade me and make me feel like I am not a valued customer and just some random piece of crap trying to get one over on the establishment so now. I would like her severely reprimanded, maybe give her leave without pay, or if I was the store manager I would terminate this employee for her disrespect to a well-paying customer and respected member of the community. This employee makes O'Reilly stores, corporate, and employees all look terrible she represents the company in the worst type of way with her poor customer service skills and arrogant behavior. I feel sorry for O'Reilly's for hiring her in the first place but that's their fault. Maybe they could correct the problem and get a well-paid customer back but only time will tell and what their actions due to mend the matter at hand. That is if the company does anything at all, I guess we will see. If not a public humiliation lawsuit will be filed at the very least the 1.2 million subscribers to my social media channels definitely have to be let known about this companies table business practices
