My complaint:
Your employee has one time in past made my private information as a customer known publicly over texting it to others I spoke with manager he kinda blew it off but did speak with her. Now yesterday she’s made false statements through texting that I have stolen tools from the store.
As to which never happened nor is their any proof if something isn’t done about this employee I will be considering some type of settlement.
Suggested solution:
I believe the only way to deal with this type of situation is termination considering the severity of it. I\'m a local mechanic shop that does buissness with you all a lot at 2 different stores. If you can\'t do something I\'ll transfer over to Autozone.
