My complaint:
Opodo sold me a flight that included 1 checked in bag. United refused to allow the bag and charged for it. Opodo refuse to refund the charge. These goddamn airlines and third party scammers are in cahoots to rip people off.
Suggested solution:
Pay me the money the airline charge for the bag.
