My complaint:

I bought a ticket for myself and my son through Opodo on the 27th September 2021. My son fell ill and I tried to make contact to postpone flight but no answer despite I stayed on the chat. We got negative PCR tests and travelled with a booked taxi valued 50 GBP to zLondon Heathrow airport on 22 October 2021. CCTV will show that we were at the desk to collect our boarding passes. We were denied boarding because my son, 13 was not vaccinated. I accessed the chat on 22nd October 2021 and asked Opodo to request a refund. They did nothing. They sent me an email at 1.26 am to say that the airline rejected the refund due to NO SHOW. I had to stay at Double Tree by Hilton for GBP 105. The return flight of the ticket 30th October 2021 is in 4 days time.

Suggested solution:

They should offer my son and I vouchers for future travel by flights for the amount of money we spent for the tickets 801.77GBP. Our flight was with Royal Jordanian Reference PFNCNN. Reference for Opodo is 8032691122.
