My complaint:

24012022 my flight LONDON TO Gasipasa has been cancelled by airline because of snow in Istambul, I contact to Turkish airline they emailed me that have to contact to travel agency Opodo I contacted them they said I have to wait 6 month to refund money I contacted after 6 month they said I have to wait to another 1.5 month and they refund my travel money I contacted after that time they said they don’t have authorisation to refund my money from Turkish airlines
I said that was authorise in January and I have email they said they don’t know nothing about it, so clearly see they talking lies and just don’t want to refund my money! after many miscall after waiting 8 months! I need to any actions and to refund my money and obviously compensation.
