My complaint:
Confirmation number: 7526469389- Flights cancelled by BA- refund requested by your agent Nisha ref: 5563897- Please can I have an update for my full refund ASAP
Confirmation number: 7629540711- Outbound flight has not been ed and cancelled due to an Opodo System error I was tol by your agent NIkish and have been told he cannot offer us a different flight so we have requested full cancelation of the booking and and requested a refund, have been given reference number : 5575199. Please give us an update ASAP In over 17 years booking with Opodo we have never experienced something like this. And a very poor customer service being told that they cannot offer us a different flight when I could see on your website there was availability on the same flight and been told that we have to call the airlines to cancel our bookings which I did and they have said to call the agent we have booked it with, which we knew, but I said I will check with the airline just in case as well.We feel very dissapointed and we have over 1,300 pounds with Opodo that we are now waiting for refunds. We were told the outbound for the scond tickets bought was actioned last Friday but we have not seen the money in the account yet. Thank you in advance and we look forward hearing form you soon. Full refund should be issued for both bookings as I have paid Opodo, not the airlines. How can the agent say that he can refund just one outbound for one of the bookings?
