My complaint:
I booked with Opodo a flight to Cairo and they have 9 hours cancellation policy, i changed my mind after 20min of booking, it wasn’t even processed or ed. I contacted Opodo prime customer service and was advised they will stop the processing of this and refund the money in 14 days maximum. I contacted the airline and Opodo haven’t cancelled to date, different people in customer service say different things, it was ed that my money would be refunded earlier this week at the latest which didn’t happen. I called them to check, and their automated system says my money was refunded from the Airline, a different person in customer service is claiming they are waiting for refund from the airline. Absolute liars and appalling customer service! Not even compliant with their own policy!!
Suggested solution:
Pay me the full refund they promised within 14 days which never arrived!! And stop lying
