My complaint:
After a all day and night trying to talk to some Ellie at customer service it’s ultrageous that after I made a deposit in order to get my coins from buyers she didn’t release my account! Even after saying that 0.5eth was accepted and I did it. Later, she said the verification for the transaction was ok! And then what?! Still the same! I lost two buyers and money because of this slow and say one thing now and then other employee! I want my account verified once and for all! Today, if possible!
