My complaint:

I had a customer place a order and they told me I had 24 hrs to get his order completed before it went to the blockchain I asked them for a extension so that Banxa can send the eth to my wallet and they wouldn’t extend me more time so 30eth worth of nfts got sent to the blockchain and I had to pay 2.4 eth to get it out the blockchain which is $4,689.00.

So I paid it then they told me I will be able to receive funds in my wallet within 12-24 hrs because my clearance is complete now they emailed me telling me I have to pay an additional 3.2 eth which is around $6,689.00 just for them to send my $55,000 to my wallet because when they tried sending it my wallet was on downtime so how is that my fault???

And how do I know if I pay that amount my wallet won’t be on downtime again?? They are not clear and explaining things when you ask them questions all they do is ask for payments and once you pay they ask for more payments they don’t ensure anything and don’t try to help you to prevent certain mishaps with getting your wallet funded this is just not fair I paid all that money to help my customer from losing the nfts.

Now I have to pay a arm and a leg just for them to send me my money to my wallet, I mean they should be able to know when to send and when not to send. They won’t even explain what’s going on with me wallet something is just not right.

Suggested solution:

Take the money out of my $55,000 I already have on hold I don’t have $6,890.00 to come out of pocket that’s why I need that money to transfer to my wallet.
