My complaint:
Well first of all, a while ago I was emailing them thru customer support to see, if they could help me solve their exploits which led me to loosing a lot of Eth, and they said they wouldn’t help, asked them to refund failed txns which occurred because they were down all the time and back then gas was like $150 for a single txn, then I hopped on their top page and saw a 1 trading collection over a day and a week, and bought some, which apparently was a scam and those nfts just got burned while I had them, because contract owner has all rights for it, and I blamed them for taking such a long time to notice a scam collection trading on front page of their platform, after loosing $600 they said they will return 2.5% of the fees they got for that sale which is like $15 and they never ever returned it and went silent… this customer service is the worst and if u ever get into trouble on their platform u can never solve it, which leads me to file an actual law suit against them if they can’t solve it in the near future.
Suggested solution:
I asked them to return 75% of all 2.5% fees they collected from my trades on their platform, which is around 8 Eth, since I have traded over 445 Eth and I am more than happy with that, and cool with them keeping 25% of it.
