My complaint:
Went in store on Friday and bought a 10by10 pop up tent. Dug through the pile to find a blue color. The box was open and I did not think to look at the entire item. I took it to my sons house to set it up and the leg was broken. I put it back in the canvas bag to bring back. The box it was in was destroyed because i didn’t know it was going to be needed. I took it back to the store and waited in a long line to be told it was not bought there but Walmart. I do not shop at Walmart and I told them that. At that point they said I did not buy it there. I said yes I did and someone must have brought it back in the box and now I was scammed. They more or less called me a liar. I BOUGHT It AT YOUR STORE!!!!
All I wanted was a refund because there were no more available. Now I was embarrassed and called a liar. I spend a lot of money in your store. I will no longer shop in any of your stores and I will tell everyone I know what happened to me there. I just wanted to tell you why you just lost a good customer.
