My complaint:
Ollie’s in Chillicothe has never really had good air conditioning in the store. Always warm during spring and summer. On July 3, 2023 visited the Chillicothe store in Shawnee Square. They had their doors open but when you walked in the heat was unbearable. Probably around 90 degree.
I asked employees how long have u worked in this heat? They stated almost 2 weeks the air conditioning was down. I left early because of the heat. I spent $53 but would have brought an area rug but to hot to deal with. They need to fix the A/C for their customers and employees.
Suggested solution:
Fix the-air conditioner for the employees and customers.
