My complaint:
I do not like the new layout of the store and The placement of the isles that make it very difficult to find the department you are looking for. They zig zag through the store so that it’s impossible to see from one end to the other. The grocery section was more suited to the rear of the store with the seasonal sale items in the front. The the last three times I visited this store I was not able to find what I was looking for. I remember in the past purchasing round up or a weed killer but today there was none
I also wanted to purchase a magic bullet there was one on the shelf but none were stocked on the shelf above or below the display. The whole store is arranged very inconveniently
When it comes to checkout it makes no sense to have to wander through a maze of merchandise arranged in rows requiring four turns to gets a checkout where most often there is one cashier available with several buggies of articles in my way. Also if I just want to exit the store I must negotiate this maze to get out unless I wail for someone to enter and sneak out the entrance door as I did today
While I was shopping I was complaining to my husband and another shopper commented agreeing with me. I feel it would be a good idea for someone from corporate to visit this location
Suggested solution:
Rearrange the store more like the previous arrangement The checkout and exit is most ion convenient
