My complaint:
I was entering the store, when I got inside, I was asking the lady who was at the door if I needed to leave my bag up in the front of the store. The manager approached me and said that I could just take my bag back out of the door with me. I found his attitude was very rude and unprofessional.
I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. I’m going to call me a lawyer and see what I can do about it.
Furthermore, I think it’s a great idea to terminate his position and I would suggest looking into why I was treated like that.
Suggested solution:
Terminate his position with the Ollie's store
