My complaint:
I am a repeat customer at a store in Tyler, TX. I have come to know a lot of the staff through unpleasant observations. While I have never directly been yelled at as a customer, I have witnessed multiple employees get abused, yelled, and cussed at by an assistant manager. She screams and yells at her employees as if they have no common sense. It is uncomfortable to watch. I have witnessed her yelling at an elderly woman and an elderly man.
I have also witnessed her yelling at a couple of minor employees who seem new. It is extremely offensive to see team management behaving this way. I know multiple people have reported her to the boss, and I am surprised to see that after months of this behavior, she is still employed by the company. I have tried to avoid returning to the store because of this. Next time, I will record and share it online for the world to judge. Please contact me for this matter if needed.
