My complaint:
I Dennis and my wife Maxine went to ollies to buy coffee in k cups one box was priced for 3.99 and the other coffee was priced 12.68 the small size box and coffee the cashier tried to collect the high price for the coffee until we complained this is not right so he called for the sku number and we were right it was 3.99 not 12.68.
I bet you no one went to that department and changed the wrong prices to the right prices by not changing the wrong prices is this a good profit for ollies so the cashier had to void the sale and start over he had to type the right sku number to put the right price up.
Suggested solution:
just by putting the right prices on the items isn\'t this the right thing to do someone is not paying attention what they are doing other items in the store may not have the right prices either
