My complaint:
I was shopping at the ollies bargain store in Jackson tn on a Saturday like I do once a week.as I was browsing thru the store I heard a lady talking on another aile about one of her workers and how she just didn’t want her working there and wanted to fire her and needed some grounds to do so..and as I turned the corner I heard I just don’t like that b..she seen me and immediately hung up the phone..I noticed she was wearing an ollie shirt so with the things she was saying I’m assuming she was one of the managers..so a few days later I go in..and I notice her just watching her employee around corners as if she is almost stalking them..a customer comes up and ask about a product being in stick and the manager said no we don’t have it lady asked if she can check.in back manager responded I already told u we didn’t have it..and I’m too busy to check in the back u can just go to another ollies
There has been times I wanted to say something but this woman is just so mean to her employees and does not give good customer service at all! Something needs to be done as I’ve witnessed this too many times and actually seen myself an employee cry due to how this manager talked to her..
Suggested solution:
Termination and let the employees speak for themselves about her actions
