My complaint:
Yes I was at one of your stores last night December 8th and I checked out at 5:34 p.m. transaction Number 05005 store number 429. My cashier was misscrystal who was extremely nice. As I was checking out a register locked up and she was not able to key in the amount I paid or print a receipt. She called for a manager to come over. The manager came to her registered in his name was Frank. He asked her what was wrong and she told him that her registry I had locked up for the second time and could he please move her to another register. He raised his voice to her in front of me and my husband and said quote I’ll reboot the register if that will make you happy and you’ll stop. She said yes sir if you could please reboot the register it. He did not reboot the register for her. She told him that it would not let her key in the amount I paid but she did put the money in the register and give me back my change. But it would not print a receipt. He kept talking down to her and being rude every time she tried to tell him what the issue with a register was. Finally he printed a receipt and stuck it under her keyboard. And told her leave the receipt there that way he could balance her drawer at the end of the night. She told him that I needed a receipt. Frank looked at me and said I guess you want a receipt to which I responded Yes sir I do as he was printing my receipt another associate came up and stood behind us. He asked the associate what do you need in a very rude tone. And the associate said I was not given a register when I clocked in tonight Mister Frank and I need help in the rug department when you get a chance. To which Frank responded I’ll get to you when I have a chance and I don’t care if you have a radio or not. Right then printed my receipt and threw it at me. At that point I looked at Miss Crystal and told her thank you very much for all of her help I appreciate her help and I hope she had a wonderful holiday season. I will never shop in your store again, I do believe Mr Frank needs to be reprimanded for the way he treated Miss Crystal and the second associate when all they were trying to do was do their job. And every time he raised his voice talk down to her and she was rude she never lost her composure and all she kept saying was yes sir. This man does not need to be in a manager’s position and I believe Miss Crystal needs an apology from him. Thank you my name is Wendy Allen.
