My complaint:

On December 15, 2021 we were Christmas shopping in AmarilloTx. and we had several items in our shopping cart, including a small Drone. There was no sign on the shelf and the item was priced like 16.99. We looked and there were several on the shelf all priced the same. We decided to purchase one! Never did we think it might be priced incorrectly, because it does advertise to be a Bargain Outlet… cheap stuff for less!
As we were pushing our cart around shopping a guy came up to us and grabbed the box out of the cart and ripped the price sticker off and informed us if we wanted it, it would be 30 something dollars. I am 61 years old and have never had a store employee take something from my shopping cart!!! I decided I should just leave because I had my spouse with me, he is handicapped with an Anoxic Brain Injury and he was getting upset.
I went to the cashier and asked for a manager, a gentleman employee was stocking up there and ask what the problem was and when I told him about the problem, and we were upset about it, he said it was like I was trying to steal from the company. I have NEVER stolen anything… I felt very offended!!! I was not the one to price the item incorrectly!!!

I really feel we were treated unjust. I haven’t been back in there since the incident.

Suggested solution:

I just felt the need for someone to know what happened . It was one of my favorite places to go into and I don’t think I ever walked out empty handed !
