My complaint:
On July 31,2021 my husband Dallas Burleson who is disabled fell in your Waco Store while getting in your store wheelchair which had a Red pole attached to it which I believe the red pole was attached because the wheelchair was defective.Because I returned back to the store a couple of days later and the red pole was removed from the wheelchair I have filled a complaint with Mark McGreevy and Scott Mason and as of this date I have yet to hear back from them concerning my complaint.
Suggested solution:
I’m demanding answers as to why a red pole would be attached to your wheelchair and when was the last time the chair was inspected by the safety team. And how does Ollie’s expect to handle this matter.
