My complaint:
Today, June 11th 2022 at about 12:30 I went to Ollies Bargain Outlet and needed some help with an 8ft by 8ft area rug. I walked over to the cashiers check out, waited in line for her to check out a customer and when it was my turn I ask her to please send someone to help me get this rug out from the pile. I am a small senior woman and moving the rugs is too difficult for me. The cashier did call someone to go to the rug department to help a customer. My friend and I waited and waited and no one came. My friend went to the same cashier and told her that one came and that we needed help. The cashier made another announcement and no one came. Finally a customer saw that we older ladies needed some help and got the rug into our cart. I understand that your store is short staffed but my big problem is, when I told the cashier that no one came to help me and that a customer helped me she did not care and curtly asked me if I was an OLLie rewards member. I bought the rug and may never return to this store.
Suggested solution:
The cashier should have told me that she was sorry that no one came to help. That's it!
