Ollies Bargain Outlet complaint: Over charge aggressive manager and took merchandise

My complaint:

The manager on duty “Wally” followed me out of the store after our purchase and claimed we didn’t pay for sometbing in our order, during the time my fiancé and I were going over our receipt because the cashier double charged us for something. He then instructed to me to go back inside and pay for a pot that was $5 which is exactly what they over charged us, told us we’d have to go to the back of the line and redo our purchase and pay for the pot when I told him that would not suffice they made the mistake not us, he told us that he was going to physically remove us from the store if we didn’t comply. My fiancé was incredibly uncomfortable and then he took the plant pot out of my cart and told us to leave and not return. We did not receive our refund and I will be filing a complaint with the police department for the threat to remove us for a mistake that your employees made. I’ve never made a complaint with any store but the man in question is not going to threaten me and force us back in the store for a mistake that your employees made.

Suggested solution:

If the person in question is not reprimanded I will never shop with your store again, we spend hundreds of dollars a week outfitting our hotel and home. I’m disgusted with the misuse of power.
