My complaint:
It was thundering and lightning we all went to the front of the store and I don’t know who the guy was but he told us we had to go outside and it lightning I understand you have security I also understand that you cannot make me go outside and it’s lightning not only me there were a lot of others and and this guy was very rude..
Suggested solution:
Apologize to the people that were in there what if one of us had to step out and got hit by lightning?
