My complaint:
The website add advertisement said 33% off air conditioners. I went in and NO ONE would give the discount. I talked to 4 different people including the manager and all of them said that to they were not going to give the discount and they didn’t know anything about the add. There were only 2 units left and I would have been able to get one if it wasn’t for their refusal to honor the add. They are probably all gone now and they were also extremely rude about the whole thing.
Suggested solution:
I should get my air conditioner for the 33% off as it was listed in the add. I also think I should get another 10% off due to the stressful encounter where I was treated so poorly for trying to get something that was in your add.
